Closing Disclosure, or Settlement Statement preparation; document preparation; check writing; escrow account

TitleExpress offers the following four flexible solutions, which allow you to select only the features that you need:

iOrderExpress™

A web-based transaction management system that improves your customer service while enhancing the efficiency of your

business, iOrderExpress gives your customers real-time, 24/7 access to enter new orders, and the ability to

upload/download documents, and check the status of their files using a link from your website or a simple web address.

As you enter and update TitleExpress order information, it is immediately available to the customer or other parties

assigned to the order.

You control access to this functionality is designed to eliminate the need for separate uploading functions or entry into a

third-party transaction management website. Customize iOrderExpress with your company name, logo, and welcome

message. Further tailor your iOrderExpress website with features, such as custom fields and color.

ScanExpress™

A document imaging system that seamlessly integrates and indexes scanned documents with TitleExpress orders. Fully

integrated with TitleExpress, ScanExpress provides the functionality to scan, store, and access documents associated

with each TitleExpress order.

The electronic management of documents offers enormous efficiency gains to the paper-saturated title office. In addition

to significantly reducing the time it takes an employee to find a file, document imaging greatly reduces or even eliminates

the costs associated with file storage and retrieval. In addition, valuable back-title information is readily accessible.


• Images are linked directly to TitleExpress orders

• Images are retrieved using any of the order-indexed fields, no need to re-enter index information

• Images are accessed directly within TitleExpress for easy viewing on your workstation

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS ScanExpress requires a TWAIN-compatible scanner with a scanning interface and adequate hard-drive space to store

scanned images.

To use ScanExpress in a Terminal Services or similar environment, you must purchase a third-party utility to enable direct

scanning from your local workstation to the terminal server. RemoteScan for Terminal Services is a recommended utility.

ReportExpress™

Create custom reports from your TitleExpress database that help you track, understand, and manage your business with

optimal efficiency. ReportExpress is a report generating solution that integrates with TitleExpress. Included with

ReportExpress is a set of standard reports that forecast trends, analyze workflow, and provide statistical data. It requires

the installation of Crystal Reports* version 10.5 or later.

ReportExpress helps you improve operational efficiency, align your company strategy with day-to-day execution, and

strengthen profitable relationships with customers.

* SMS does not sell Crystal Reports licensing. You must purchase separately from another vendor.

Customize TitleExpress for how you do business. We offer an array of professional services to enhance the performance of your TitleExpress software and help you keep up with increasing demands for security and data analysis.

PRINTED PRODUCTS TitleExpress compatible checks, deposit slips, and window envelopes are available directly from TitleExpress.

CUSTOM CHECK DESIGN Customize your TitleExpress check formats to accommodate MICR-encoded printing, including the addition of logos and

signatures. If you purchase check safety paper stock from another vendor, our default SMS TitleExpress check format is

also customizable.

AUTO-CLEAR SETUP TitleExpress includes functionality to automatically clear checks and deposits. Auto-clear saves valuable time by detecting

discrepancies between bank transaction and escrow accounting transactions while automatically matching and tagging

transactions. Formats for most banks are available.

POSITIVE PAY SETUP TitleExpress helps you avoid check fraud and helps keep your bank accounts secure by offering a positive pay utility for

daily submission to your bank. TitleExpress check data is prepared in a format that is compatible to your bank’s

specifications to allow for an automated upload. For more information on supported banks and related costs, please

contact your Regional Sales Manager.

DOCUMENT CUSTOMIZATION If you choose to add to our extensive standard forms libraries, we can help! Our Document Preparation Systems

Automatically merge order information into customizable Master Forms with the TitleExpress Document Preparation System.

• Merge Sets speed the process of creating documents by allowing you to create document sets that merge

multiple documents at once

• DPS Signature customizations allow you to automatically insert signatures into documents

• Your documents are easily converted to PDF and sent as email attachments

• Add your company logo, customized text and create and refine your custom documents to complement your

standard forms library

STANDARD FORM PACKAGES TitleExpress offers the following three standard forms packages. You may also purchase Master forms individually. For a

Statement of Work for each request to assure that all specifications are met.

ABOUT THE TITLEEXPRESS DOCUMENT MANAGER The TitleExpress Document Manager feature offers a simple way to save and access all documents electronically in your

file. Drag and Drop any document, PDF documents one or multiple documents, Microsoft Word documents, and more with

the click of the mouse. Use Document Manager to attach files to emails easily for efficient communication with all parties.
