Title: All reforms by only the Word of God

Romans 1:17

17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written,

The just shall live by faith.

Religious reform by Martin Luther was on October 31st, 1517.

It began in 1517 whenMartin LutherpublishedThe Ninety-Five Theses, and concluded in 1648 with the

Treaty of Westphaliathat ended years ofEuropean religious wars.

The Five solas are fiveLatinphrases that emerged during theProtestant Reformationand summarize

the Reformers' basic theological beliefs in contradistinction to the teaching of theRoman Catholic

Churchof the day.

The main three were Sola Gratia (by grace alone), Sola Fide (by faith alone) and Sola Gloria (Glory to God

alone).

Under such reformation mottos the Protestant Reformation in the Middle Ages exploded like a volcano

and succeeded. In the hearts of reformers, the shouts of reformation that flared like fire was,Live by

the Word of God.

Cast away foolish thoughts of men and believe in the Word of God and let us return to the Word of God!

This is the way for each of us and our family to live and be prosperous! They shouted.

As it is stated in 2 Timothy 3:15-17,

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof,

for correction, for instruction in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be

complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

The shouts of reformation that shouted, Sola Scriptura, that was like the scene in

Matthew 17:5-8 when Jesus went up the mountain with His three disciples and

Jesus was transfigured before them. When they had lifted up their eyes, they saw

no one but Jesus only.

That is why todays title is all reforms only by the Word of God.

1. Only by the Word of God means orthodox Biblical point of view of reformation church.

It means before reforming all systems, you need to reestablish the correct Biblical point of view.

The right reformation is possible only by the Bible which is the Word of God.

The fourth book of Gods redemptive series talks about the religious reformation done by King

Josiah. King Josiah found a scroll while he was cleaning the house of God and according to the Word

of God written in the scroll, king reformed the church at the time.

1) 66 books of The Old and the New Testaments are the only legitimate books of the Bible and it isthe absolute Word of God. Only 66 books of the Bible are complete revelation of God and I hope

you believe that believers can receive blessing from God only through this.

2) The Bible written by the prophets and the Apostles who were inspired by theSpirit of God is not only for the people of the time, but also it is given to us

for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages have come.

Although we have been living like the Gentiles not knowing God for thousands of years and we received

Jesus later when the gospel finally reached us, we get to have the same blessing as Isaac, the son of

Abraham, just as the same children of Abraham.

God did not say to Abraham only that he is righteous, but God acknowledged all believers in the world

righteous and made them the sons of Abraham.

As it is stated in Romans 4:24-25

22 And therefore it was accounted to him for righteousness.[f]23 Now it was not written for his sake alone that it was imputed to him, 24 but also

for us. It shall be imputed to us who believe in Him who raised up Jesus our Lord

from the dead, 25 who was delivered up because of our offenses, and was raised

because of our justification.

I hope you never forget that when God said to Abraham he was righteous, God

was looking at us as a whole and included us. Therefore, the Bible is completetranscending all time and it is without error and it is everlasting.

3) The Bible is our one and only standard of our faith and deed and it is the absolute standard ofjudgment. When God judges the universe and all things in it, the standard is the Bible.

View of creation, view of Christianity, view of salvation, church and life, all these views can only be

established by the standard of the Word of God. We must believe the Bible as the absolute standard

of all of our thoughts and judgments.

4) The divine authority of the Bible is the Bible itself. Sinful man has no right to speak of the divineauthority of the Bible and because the Bible itself is the living Word of God, it acknowledges theauthority of the Bible.

In Isaiah 34:16

Search from the book of the LORD, and read:

Not one of these shall fail;

Not one shall lack her mate.

This is proclaiming Bibles independent faith.

Gods redemptive series are the Word of God written through the illumination of

the Holy Spirit.

Like the saying,The beacon does not shine on its own base, we do not realize

this, but those who study the Bible and study Gods covenants are amazed at

Gods redemptive series.

In Psalm 119:130,130 The entrance of Your words gives light;

It gives understanding to the simple.

Isnt Gods redemptive series opening the entrance of Gods Word? Gods

redemptive series reveal Gods secret administration that was hidden in God for

ages.

What do you think about the meaning of reformation? Do you think reformation

means to change something to a new thing as well? The religious reform byMartin Luther was not changing something into a new thing, but it was returning

to the Bible.

The core of reformation was to return to the Bible and not following mans ideas

or systems or regulations. This is the objective towards which Christians should

orient in the old days and today.

2. Only by the Word of God means we must judge all things only by the Bible.

When judging the heresy, one must reflect on the mirror called the Bible and

judge. Religious reformists including Martin Luther judged Roman Catholic

Church of the Middle Ages reflected on the Bible.

Because Martin Luther was a priest he knew for certain the wrongness of

Catholic doctrine and he reproached,

Only by the Word of God you may judge!

Only by the Word of God you may rule!

Teach only with the Word of God!

1) Religious reformist Martin Luther judged the wrong ideology regarding God.He judged Catholic Churchs worship of Virgin Mary. Catholic Church worshiped Virgin Mary and

also worshipped numerous saints and woman saints. Martin Luther said this was wrong.

Virgin Mary is human not God and therefore she cannot be the object of worship. Even though

Mary bore Jesus she too must believe in Jesus in order to be saved. Mary can never be the

object of worship.

2) Religious reformists judged the wrong view of life. They judged the wrong view of life with theBible. They said to read and know the Bible properly.

Catholic doctrine argues that there is the original righteousness innate in human, however, man

is the wholly fallen being that has no trace of righteousness.

Jeremiah 17:9

9 The heart is deceitful above all things,

And desperately wicked;

Who can know it?

Ephesians 2:3

When the Bible says men are completely fallen and completely corrupt beings, ifanyone denies this Word of God then that is wrong faith and therefore thereformists shouted and requested the Pope to correct first this wrong view of man.

For they reproached with the Bible upholding in their hands, the Pope and all thepeople of Catholic church shivered before them.

3) Religious reformists judged wrong view of Christianity.With the Bible, they judged the wrong view of Christianity. They shouted withJesus Christ only is the right of redemption.

Catholic doctrine teaches that there are many ways we can be saved andhave our sins forgiven, but this teaching is totally against the Scripture Acts4:12 where it says, Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no othername under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.

The Bible teaches that only Jesus Christ is the Saviour and we can be savedonly by believing.

Romans 1:17

Martin Ruther began the Reformation with this Word of God.

By a recent decretal an indulgence had been promised by the pope to all who should ascend upontheir knees Pilates staircase, said to have been descended by our Saviour on leaving the Roman

judgment hall and to have been miraculously conveyed from Jerusalem to Rome. Luther was one day

devoutly climbing these steps, when suddenly a voice like thunder seemed to say to him: The just

shall live by faith. Romans 1:17. He sprang to his feet and hastened from the place in shame and

horror.

For Martin Luther was a man who read the Bible many times he was able to have the correct view of

salvation.

He was climbing the staircase on his knees and suddenly he sprang to his feet and ran up the staircase. Hebegan an amazing reformation.

The just shall live by faith!!! With this Word of God he began the Protestant Reformation.

Romans 9:30

30 What shall we say then? That Gentiles, who did not pursue righteousness,have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness of faith

Here, it says the righteousness of faith, however, Catholic church at the timetaught salvation not by faith, but by works.

Teaching salvation by works is greatly distorting the Word of God and itbecomes the sin of denying Gods Word.

4) Reformers judges the wrong view of Church.At the time, Catholic doctrine proclaimed that Church on earth is absolutelywithout flaws. However, religious reformers shouted that only Jesus Christ isthe head of church and church is His body.

Colossians 1:18

18 And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstbornfrom the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.

Ephesians 1:22-23

22 And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all thingsto the church, 23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.

Catholic Church at the time proclaimed that their church on earth is absolutelywithout flaws, however, churches on this earth are never flawless and havemany flaws. Church is the place where various kinds of sinner are filled.

I hope you believe that church is a spiritual bathhouse where all kinds of sinnerscome and believe the Word of God and cleanse their sins. True church is Jesus

and Jesus is the head of all churches.

Ephesians 5:23

23 For the husband is head of the wife, as also Christ is head of the church; andHe is the Savior of the body.

5) Religious reformers judged the wrong view of afterlife.Catholic church has a wrong view of afterlife and in fact, they do not believe hell.

What they say is that God is love and He did not create us to send to hell.

Thus, Catholicism argues that all people go to heaven. It is a pleasing sound toears, but if all people are deemed to be saved, then the Scripture in the Biblesaying that all are judged by their works should be erased from the Bible, right?

Not all people are saved, but only those who believe are saved.

Acts 13:48

48 Now when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad and glorified the word of theLord. And as many as had been appointed to eternal life believed.

Here, it says there are people who had been appointed to eternal life. How canyou argue that all people are saved?

The argument that all people are saved means if anyone dies without believing,

and that persons family members do good deeds while they are alive, thatperson is moved from hell to heaven instantly.

If that was true, how nice it would be, but that is never the case.

We are judged according to faith and according to works.

Matthew 16:27

27 For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, andthen He will reward each according to his works.

It is an absolutely unreasonable remark to say that you can be saved eventhough you die without believing. No matter what kinds of sin your dead familymember had, if you pay money for your dead family, all dead people can besaved. This was what Catholic Church at the time proclaimed. What a thief!

Please never be tricked by such absurd thing. Catholic Churches in the MiddleAges were that corrupt.

They said when offering you put into the offering box made sound, God hearsthat sound and He sends people in hell to heaven. They were frauds like thieves.

6) Religious reformers judged the wrong view of the Bible.We believe that only 66 books of the Old and the New Testaments are theWord of God, however, Catholicism acknowledged believe in Apocrypha.

The 66 books of the Bible are the Word of God written by the Spirit of Godand it is written by the Holy Spirit, however, Apocrypha is written based onhuman custom and lifestyle and stories heard.

Catholicism equals the Word of God in the Bible and tradition of church andmoreover, they put their tradition above the Bible.

No matter which sect they are, if they do not believe 66 books of the Bible asthe legitimate doctrine, then they do not believe in God and they oppose God.They are anti-Christ, anti-Church and anti-Biblical.

We ought to believe absolutely in the Word of God and we must find our self

in the Bible and find church in the Bible and find our parents and ancestors inthe Bible and honour them.

3. Only by the Word of God means we ought to live only by the Word of Godbeing spread.

Today, all churches must be re-established by the Word of God. It means tous all must be the Word of God.

God protects those who have the Word of God with them. If you have theWord of God, then God protects you like the apple of His eye and guards you

with the fire of the Holy Spirit.

That is why God is our shield and fortress and He is our protector. Godprotects us yet He protects us like the apple of His eye.

Psalm 17:8

8 Keep me as the apple of Your eye;Hide me under the shadow of Your wings,

You must find back the Word of God you lost and inscribe it on the table ofyour heart, on the tablet of faith deeply. If we do so, we become the flyingscroll.

Acts 20:20-24

20 how I kept back nothing that was helpful, but proclaimed it to you, andtaught you publicly and from house to house, 21 testifying to Jews, and also toGreeks, repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ. 22 Andsee, now I go bound in the spirit to Jerusalem, not knowing the things thatwill happen to me there, 23 except that the Holy Spirit testifies in every city,saying that chains and tribulations await me. 24 But none of these thingsmove me; nor do I count my life dear to myself,[b] so that I may finish myrace with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, totestify to the gospel of the grace of God.

You too, although your family or your relatives are far away, like Paul, day ornight run from house to house to testify the Word of God. I bless you withthe name of the Lord you all become spiritual messenger of the gospel.

Paul said in 2 Timothy 4:1-2

1 I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judgethe living and the dead at[a] His appearing and His kingdom: 2 Preach theword! Be ready in season andout of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, withall longsuffering and teaching.

Also, to the people of the church in Corinth, Paul said in 1 Corinthians 9:16

16 For if I preach the gospel, I have nothing to boast of, for necessity is laidupon me; yes, woe is me if I do not preach the gospel!

My beloved saints, Jesus is Logos, the Word itself.

Jesus who is Logos came to this land on flesh where He was limited by timeand space.

Jesus was the One who had both human and divine characteristics. Thus, Heis God yet He is complete human.

As it is stated in John 4:6-7, Jesus felt tired on His way and He also felt thirst.

In Matthew 8:24 and Mark 4:38, Jesus slept in the boat because He was tiredand also Jesus felt hungry and Satan used that chance to test Jesus.

Jesus felt sadness and sometimes He cried and lamented.

In Hebrews 5:7-8, it says Jesus cried vehement cries at times.

Such looks of Jesus were seen because Jesus possessed humancharacteristics.

Please do not say how come He was hungry if He was God?

What we need is to lift Him up to His place so that He can break free frombeing human.

Romans 1:2-4

2 which He promised before through His prophets in the Holy Scriptures, 3concerning His Son Jesus Christ our Lord, who was born of the seed of Davidaccording to the flesh, 4anddeclared to be the Son of God with poweraccording to the Spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead.

This Scripture is also testifying Jesushuman nature and divine nature.

We have only human nature, but Jesus came on flesh with both human anddivine natures and saved us completely.

If Jesus was not human, how could He speak the Word of God to us?Through the mouth of Jesus, the Word of God is delivered to us.

Listen to the Words of Jesus including His teaching on the mountain.

How they are filled with human nature?

To the paralyzed man, Jesus said,Get up.What do you want me to do?Do not cry. It is our Jesus who speaks to humans with lips of human.

In order to save mankind God sends His Word yet if the Word of God is onlyheard in sound in the air. Everyone would think it is a ghost.

If there is only sound of voice and not form is seen, everyone would bescared away.

God came to us, but if He is not visible, we cannot meet Him.

That is why God sent His Word of salvation yet He did not send His Wordinvisible, but gave His Word human nature and incarnated to came on fleshas human.

Look at the prophesy in Genesis 3:15. Isnt the prophesy saying that Messiahwould come as human?

And thus, God taught for thousands of years that the Christ would come asthe seed of the woman.

When the time was full, Christ Jesus came and He had eyes, ears and mouthand He looked just like one of us.

God came as man and saves men. This is the greatest miracle of all miracles.

God is the Word and Jesus is the living Word.

Indicating Jesus, Peter said He is the Word of eternal life.

John 6:68

68But Simon Peter answered Him, Lord, to whom shall we go? You have thewords of eternal life. 69 Also we have come to believe and know that You arethe Christ, the Son of the living God.[i]

How good it would had been if this precious understanding of Peter could lastuntil the end!

Lord, You have the words of eternal life; this confession means that Jesus iseternal life itself.

Jesus is the living Word of God, namely, the Word of eternal life and

therefore, we should never let go of Jesus until the end and believe in Himuntil the end.

How can we meet Jesus who is the Word of eternal life? By the written Wordof God, we are meeting and seeing Jesus everyday.

Gods redemptive series that revealed Gods secret administration in God arethe books with the living Word of God, the Word of Eternal life written inthem. It is the life giving Word of the last Adam.

What is the promise between God and us humans?

1 John 2:25

25 And this is the promise that He has promised useternal life.

You must believe this Word of promise firmly and for certain.

God promised to send the seed of the woman and the seed of the womancame just as He promised.

He came to this land and through the suffering of the cross He redeemed usand cleansed our sins and went back to heaven. And He promised that Hewould come again just as He was taken up.

And therefore, the Scripture says those who endure until the end, those whobelieve until the end will be blessed. I hope you believe this Word of God forcertain.

Please do not say you are going to die, even though your age may be 80 or

even 90 years old. Because it will be done to you as you believe, those whobelieve that they will die will die and those who believe that they will not diewill not die and will be transfigured.

God sends out His Word through the mouth of Jesus who came on flesh. Ifyou believe Jesus who came on flesh is God and understand, then when Hespeaks, you will be polite before Him.

People who truly believe the Word of God dance. They are full of joy andhappiness to the point they just dance.

Acts 3:19

Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, sothat times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord,

If that times of refreshing comes, would you not dance?

People who dance such dance, their faces glow and they are full of joy andthey are worry free.

That is why in John 4:14 and in 6:35, Jesus said if we believe in the Word ofGod we will never be thirsty.

My beloved saints of the livinghope church, that Word of God is here with usnow. God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit came here to us as theWord. Spirit which we cannot see came to us as human nature, the HolySpirit we can see is the written Scriptures, the Bible.

I hope you believe you may lose all things but if you do not lose this Word ofGod and uphold it, you have more precious thing than silver and gold ortreasures.

John 1:14-18, it says No one has seen God, but the only begotten Son cameto us.

All other materials change, but the Word of God does not change.

Hebrews 13:8

8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

The Word of God is the supporter of Kerygma movement and the Word of theBible becomes the driving force of the Holy Spirit movement.

I bless you with the name of the Lord you all become spiritual messengerswho deliver the Word of God in the times of the end by actively participatingin proclaiming the Word of God and spreading gospel.

Matthew 24:14

And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as awitness to all the nations, and then the end will come.

After the fall of Adam, wherever men go, this gospel must also go and to us,it is our responsibility to deliver this gospel. Because we received the wordsof eternal life.

Anyhow, wherever humans go, the Word of God must also go. Whether theybelieve it or not, the Word of God must go.

The requirement of gospel movement is to believe.

Mark 1:15

and saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, andbelieve in the gospel.

Four Fishermen Called as Disciples

Acts 16:31

31So they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, youand your household.

The promise of gospel movement is eternal life.

John 3:16

16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, thatwhoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

The purpose of gospel movement is to find back those who were lost.

Matthew 18:14

14 Even so it is not the will of your Father who is in heaven that one of theselittle ones should perish.

What type of person they are, they are all humans created in the image ofGod and therefore, there is no one who should perish.
