1.! Attention Grabbing Image Posts
Great images grab attention and encourage
engagement.
1. Powerpoint -‐ great for creating easy shapes
and text-‐based images
2. Picmonkey.com -‐ great for editing images
3. Piktochart.com -‐ great for building infographics
easily
2. Call-to-Action Posts
All posts should have an element of call to action on them e.g. like this post, share, comment, click the link etc.
3. Promotional PostsThese can be free
promotions, offers, discounts, launches or anything that you want
to promote.
Make sure they’re attractive, creative and
enticing.
You could Pirst entice people to a free offer and later, introduce them to a
sales promotion.
4. Inclusive Posts
Remember to share other people’s Facebook posts, blog posts etc. It’s not good enough though to simply share; you also need to explain why it’s a great post/article.
Remember, the goal here is to give great value to your followers, but they also want to hear your opinion.
5. Conversational Posts
Conversational posts are written to encourage visitors to join in a conversation. It would typically be a question; why does your audience think X, what are your audiences favourite Y etc.
6. ‘How-to’ PostsThese are posts which are a step-‐by-‐step instruction on how to do something. It might be a video, article, status update or an image.
Don’t forget to include a call-‐to-‐action!
7. Habitual PostsWhat better way to get people coming back time and time again to your Page than to create habitual content!
E.g. bring in an expert weekly to answer questions, have a Tuesday Tip, every Wednesday at 6pm you discuss the latest tools in your industry or maybe have a photo of the day.
8. Crowdsourcing Posts
Last but not least are posts which feature fans and
customers!
To include your customers in your business is hugely powerful and will have
fans coming back time and time again to your Page, sharing your content
(particularly where they have been featured) and telling all their friends
about you!
