Exercises to AVOID with LBL
• Jumping jacks
• Jogging
• Skipping
• Squats
• Lunges
• Heavy weight exercises
Exercises which are
less likely to cause LBL
• Walking
• Rowing
• Free weights (dumbbells) to work
the arms
• Calf raises
Will I ever get control of my bladder back?
After pregnancy your bladder control will gradually
improve although may never be the same again.
