Tip of the day #6 (goal & deadline)In my opinion the MOST important thing you do in your business is setup a goal and adeadline.
Both are critical.
Goal: How much money you want to make and how much work you want to do every day? Beas specific as possible. For example: I want to make $20,000 a month and work 3-4 hours aday. I also want few virtual assistants not more than 3 and be able to take all weekends off!
Deadline: This is also extremely important! If you don’t setup a deadline you can reach yourgoal within 30 years from now… For example: I want to accomplish my goal when I’m still inmy 20′s!
Previously I had a goal but not a deadline and it’s wrong. Both go hand in hand. When youhave a goal and a deadline your mind is working for something; it has an objective toaccomplish and if you never give up, put the effort and strive to accomplish that goal withinthe deadline (assuming both goal & deadline are realistic) you WILL accomplish them.
TIP: Make your goals and deadlines realistic. If you want to be a millionaire but you haven’tmade your first sale yet online, then if your goal is to become a millionaire that’s notrealistic. Realistic goals and deadlines are anything you think & feel you’re capable ofaccomplishing! Depends a bit also on how you believe in yourself!
If I the idea of making a million within the next 2 years is not something I feel I canaccomplish then I will not set that as a goal. If you don’t think you can do it you won’t!
