CNBM, as one of the largest suppliers in tinplate industry, offers clients prime quality tinplate in both coil and sheet. With multi-plants and fully integrated production, the annual capacity of tinplate is 400,000MT.

To ensure the high quality of the tinplate, CNBM owns complete equipment series, such as 14 sets of reversing cold rolling machines, 2 sets of continuous rolling machines; 50 batch annealing furnaces, 1 continuous annealing line, and 2 tinplate production line. The max tin coating can be 8.4g/m2. Both single reduced and double reduced tinplate sheets are available. CNBM also produce other steel products, such as cold-rolled steel, hot hip galvanized steel, color coated steel and tin free steel coils and sheets.

Introduction of Tinplate Production Standard

Production TypeApplication

Tinplate, as the name suggests, is coated on both sides with pure tin at various coating weights between 1 and 12 grams per square meter. It has an extremely beautiful metallic luster as well as excellent properties in corrosion resistance, solder ability, and weld ability.

Tinplate is widely used for making all types of containers, electrical machinery parts and many other products.
