Main Interface
The main interface of ACS timesheet provides four toways to interact with system’s timesheet.
•Manual Entry•Web Entry•Timesheet Adjustment and•Timesheet Import.

Click on the button named as “Manual
Entry” to enter the interface to enter data
into timesheet manually.

To enter UCI number. Click on the drop down menu to enter UCI. When a UCI is selected. It will show all the information (such as parents name, phone, etc) related to a UCI.
How To Enter UCI
To employee go to the “Employee” label. Use the drop down menu to select the name of an employee. Selecting the name of an employee will show all the information (phone#, address, email id, etc) related to it.
How To Enter Employee
There are two drop down menus in this label. 1. First is “Pay Period” 2. Second label “D.
Received” is for entering the date for day on which an employee receives his/her pay.
It will also give the number of pages in
the textbox in front of the
“Pages” label.
How To Specify Label
In order to enter “Service” and “HR”. An authentication number have to be selected. A black arrow shows, where to select an authentication
id/number.
When an id is selected. The
textboxes in front of “Service” and “HR” label will
automatically get data.

In order to enter consumer notes. Press the icon directed by an arrow.
How To Add Consumer Notes
Click the button to remove a document

The text box will show the address of
the file selected
To open a file
In order to find a consumer. Click the
icon encircled.
How To Find A Consumer
Select Registration
Centre to search consumer.
Select Location to search a consumer.
Add UCI in the text box
Note: Enter First Name, LastName or Parent 1, Parent 2. To
refine search. But they are optional.
Click: “Search” to search data.
Click: “Clear” to reset text
boxes.
In order to select the pay
rate of a selected
employee. Click the encircled
icon.
How To Select Employee Pay Rate
In order to enter data in a timesheet.
Use the sheet encircled in a black
rectangle.
How To Enter Data In A Timesheet
1. New Timesheet2. Save the current timesheet and
open a new one3. Only save the current timesheet.4. Edit, currently opened timesheet.5. Only delete currently opened
timesheet.
How To Perform Basic Functions
To see the whole timesheet. See the sheet as encircled by a black
rectangle.
To see a detailed view of the timesheet, check
“Detail” radio button.
To see a summarized view of the timesheet, check
“Summary” radio button.
How To See Overview of Timesheet
Click more to:1. Filter by “Hours”.2. Filter by “Status”.
How To Add Filters
1. Show all records

Filter by location.1. All2. A specified
location
Filter by location.1. Staff only2. Staff and Services3. Staff and UCI4. Staff and Services and UCI.
How To View Staff Data
When searched by Staff and services. The sheet shows
Services now.
Shows total number of hours
Shows total number of records retrieved
When searched by a specific location “West Covina”. Shows Location ID and Name.
