The Langdale Estate is wholly owned by Langdale Owners Plc and some of the weeks available for sale include a share in the company. For those of you who want to own a stake in the Langdale Estate these weeks are listed and start from just £1750.
Lodges, apartments and cottages are available to view on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays; if you can, please make an appointment. Other days can sometimes be available so do not hesitate to ask one of the sales team for more information.

Each holiday week has full use of the spa and leisure facilities on site and access to exclusive owner discounts
in the four bars and restaurants, together with spa therapies and products. Some timeshare weeks include a
share in Langdale Owners Plc.
For each timeshare week a maintenance fee is payable to cover housekeeping, maintenance, refurbishment etc.
