• Human Resources-keep WYSU organized-makes sure everyone is reporting to who they need to -leads and trains members and new employees of WYSU-eliminates problems inside the organization-helps with difficult decision making between employees and the organization-recruits new employees or volunteers if needed-strengthens the company’s weaknesses• Public Relations-provides factual, accurate, and up to date information to provide the public-runs WYSU website, keeps it up to date-promotes more advertising-makes the company more appealing to the audience-describes how WYSU interacts with the youngstown community-deals with politics and working with the press-manages employee communication within the organization and outside
