Freeland reviews the findings of "Time to Lead," the first report on the Vision Project, an ambitious strategic plan adopted by the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education in 2010 to ensure that Massachusetts has the best-educated citizenry and workforce in the nation and is a national leader in research that drives economic development, and outlines Vision Project activities planned for the current academic year.
