Tim Clague & Danny Stack Curriculum Vitae and Credit List Danny and Tim are writer/directors, specialising in children’s entertainment. Their debut feature, a live-action family film called Who Killed Nelson Nutmeg? had its world premiere at the London Film Festival in October 2015. They have also co-produced a teen feature, 2:hrs, which is currently in post. They are in development with a second feature, a Christmas family movie. Together they give talks and lectures at BAFTA, UK Screenwriters Festival and numerous Universities. Since 2010, they also co-host the popular UK Scriptwriter’s Podcast. As a writer, Danny’s TV credits include EastEnders and Doctors (BBC), as well as episodes for various children’s shows including the revamp of Thunderbirds Are Go! for CiTV, Roy for CBBC; Hey Duggee and Octonauts for CBeebies. For much of the noughties, Danny was as a story analyst for a variety of film companies including Working Title, Pathé, Miramax (Harvey Weinstein era) and the UK Film Council, to name but a few. In addition, he set up the Red Planet Prize, a unique screenwriting talent scheme, with writer/producer Tony Jordan. Tim is a BAFTA nominated writer and winner of the Jerwood Writing Prize. He was Senior Creative at Realtime Worlds, a multi-million pound games company in Dundee and won young professional of the year for his interactive content from “E-learning Age magazine.” His work as writer / director has been broadcast on BBC1 (political sketches for the Politics Show), Channel 5 (short films) and ITV (comedy documentary). More recently he has moved into children’s content and has been directing commercials and early years development material as well as promotional material for LEGO HeroFactory and Star Wars.
