Timothy G. Jacobson Berkshire Hathaway Home Services CalBRE #01329346 | Realtor Direct: 619.324.9949 After completing a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington, and achieving the athletic All American Award 5 times, Mr. Jacobson became engrained with the concept of goal setting, accomplishment and success. These desires to succeed lead him to open his first business with a new concept of carpet cleaning. Within a year, he opened another related business in floor covering; sold both businesses a year later and bought a heating and air conditioning business. Growing the business from $40,000 a month in revenue to over $200,000 a month in 2 years, he sold that business and moved to Arizona where he became a Business Broker. As a business broker he sold various businesses from pizza establishments to gas stations. He then started a personal training studio called EduFit, in Scottsdale, Arizona, catering to the individuals who wished to workout with friends and split the cost of the hour workout. After procuring a buyer for that business Mr. Jacobson decided to sell real estate as well as build custom “spec” homes. In 1993 Mr. Jacobson worked for Pinnacle Peak Realty, as well as a licensed General Contractor building “custom spec” homes in North Scottsdale. As the late 90’s in Arizona brought about a tenuous real estate market, Mr. Jacobson decided to go to work for a timeshare company called Shell Vacations Club. Excelling very rapidly in all aspects of the business, he became a senior manager and then a director of sales. During the crash of 2009, Mr. Jacobson was forced to look for alternative sources of income due to the financial struggles of Shell Vacations. Him and his wife began buying homes in phoenix to “fix-n-flip”. Dealing with a roller coaster mortgage industry, and having the “big boys” buy in bulk the foreclosed homes, pushed us little people out to where it was very difficult to make money. We then decided to move to San Diego. At that time Mr. Jacobson entered the Energy sector by starting a renewable energy company called Eko Pro Consulting, brokering many solar projects in San Diego as well as aligned business entities with alternative power sources all throughout Mexico. Today, Mr. Jacobson is focused on finding affordable housing to those in need. Whether your need is great or small, he can find the perfect property to fulfill your immediate or long term goals. He has the unique ability to encompass and build a team of experts to help clients obtain their desired outcome in the most efficient manner. He demonstrates a keen ability to motivate his co-workers and staff to reach their highest potentials while exceeding company goals. Mr. Jacobson has a devotion to creating a professional buying experience for all his clients, by determining their needs, procuring the buyer, aligning the financing, and closing the sale in a manner that benefits all those involved.
