We can completely retrofi t your vessel from its external pipe fl anges to its, often complicated, vessel internals. Nothing is overlooked. We completely retrofi t towers with all types of trays, packings, distributors, accumulators, feed/draw arrangements, section replacements and beams. We provide outstanding welding services (ASME “R” and “U” certifi ed) and can provide nozzle and strip lining installation and repairs. We also provide tray support modifi cations, internal piping modifi cations and tower resections.
A complete and precise inspection is performed at all applicable stages by CCWI and API 510 qualifi ed personnel. We also provide engineering services for pressure vessels and vessel modifi cations. Our design/analysis can include design calculations of pressure thickness, wind, seismic, vibration and other induced loads. We furnish AutoCAD® drawings of vessels or vessel modifi cations along with integrity analysis and re-rating.
