speed of thought helping organizations make
quick decision as well as serve their customers
in much more effective way.
Since last one year, there are about 1000 new
startups worldwide who have adopted the
system to develop their applications and even
in India it is rapidly being adopted.
Approximately 100 startups across the country
are already using SAP-HANA for developing
solutions for the automobile, healthcare, dairy
production, manufacturing, and retail sectors,
Suraj Sudhi informed.
Earlier addressing the students at the UMIT,
informed that volume of data being processed
has changed dramatically and according to one
study, digital information in India will grow
from 40,000 petabytes to 2.3 million petabytes,
necessitating the need for Data Scientists in the
country who should have statistical and
algorithm skills.
TiE worldwide has partnered with SAP to help
the entrepreneurs learn the fundamentals of
working on this new platform HANA, to build
applications that are very fast and perform
analytics quickly, informed Alok Ramsisaria,
Secretary, TiE Chandigarh-Punjab.
TiE Chandigarh-Punjab would be organising a
