Anaconda 2.2 (+Nuage)

• Situation on June 2008:– integration in java (Anaconda + Nuage)– improvement of the Nuage interface– improvement of the results files– Real 3D and zoom in and out 2.2

• To do:– to continue the interface improvement– to improve the usability of several files– to transform the classification tree (cluster) in an interactive

way– integration with jPragma

eAnaconda

• On-line version of Anaconda– Upload a boolean file to the Catalyse Tools Website– Start eAnaconda– AFC + CAH– Work and interpretation of the cloud, on-line– Download all your files with ePragma for further work out-

line for example

• Same functions as Anaconda

• eAnaconda:– Server in java (eAnaconda-server)– Applet in java (eAnaconda-applet)– Works on all browser like Firefox, IE, Safari… with java

installed.

Page 37: TICS: Progress of tools

eAnaconda: Situation on June 2008

• Communication Server fully functional - evolving, add of new functions possible - port and connections number customizable - logs management - Zip compression support for downloads/Uploads

• Anaconda 2.2 transformed in Java Applet

• New window with contributions information in relations to the 3 axis for current selection

• Cloud graphic enhancements - Dynamic resizing with the mouse

- New rendering engine with real 3D allowing best representation and interpretation (new zoom in/out possibilities…)

Page 38: TICS: Progress of tools

eAnaconda: To do

• To continue the interface improvement (in progress)

• To profit to the Anaconda improvement (done for Anaconda 2.2)

• Automatisation of severals users actions (in progress)

• Stabilization of the workflow between Pragma, jPragma, ePragma

TIS: Territorial Information System

• 2007– specifications– solution with PhilCarto, help guide– link with wp4i

• 2008– link between wp6i and wp6s– re-write the first specifications to elaborate the integration in a

CMS (link with wp3)

Page 50: TICS: Progress of tools

Repertory & CMS

• CMS Catalyse (Content Management System), including a repertory of actors and territorials services (D52)

• to have at one's disposal a catalyse website "ready to go" including:– an editorial part (presentation and observatory actuality)– Catalyse tools, with access to the on line tools ePragma and Anaconda-

Nuage, and the on line cartography– the on line services of the observatory: repertory, library, intranet for

the website management– very easy to instal: "user-friendly" and low-tech (like blogs, spip,

joomla…)

Catalyse Toolkit on line

• WP3: instalation of a Catalyse blog, to manage the download of the tools:

http://www.territorial-intelligence.eu/catalyse/

• Integrated to the IT portal, in a phase of improvement• Follow the downloads for statistics• Give the posibility to keep in touch with the Catalyse community, to inform

people of the release of new versions

• How to proceed?– go to the blog (by the portal or directly)– get an account (the first time)– register– download the tools…

• To come:– help files from wp6u, wp6s etc.– new versions (jPragma, and after the integrated version)– Catalyse ToolKit
