Ontario travel agencies areresponsible for the actions of their employees and outside sales representatives and forensuring that those individuals meet the educational requirements.

Your employer will require a copy of the enclosed Certificate as proof that you havecomplied with the Education Standards. Please ensure that you keep the original in asafe place.
