• Once you have printed a ticket, it will no longer be on your MyBlueJaysCard/mobile Card. You may add tickets that you have already printed back to your Card via MyBlueJays. Please see the tutorial “How to Add Tickets to Your Card (Even if They Are Already Printed”.
• If you print your tickets from your MyBlueJays account multiple times, only the most recent tickets printed will be valid.
• You will not earn MyBlueJays points when you use print-at-home tickets upon entrance to Rogers Centre.
**BEFORE YOU BEGIN: PLEASE NOTE**
1. To begin printing tickets, log in to MyBlueJays. Click the “Manage My Tickets” button on your MyBlueJays home page.
2. On the new page that opens, click the “Manage My Tickets” button.
3. Select the month that the game(s) you would like to print are in. Next, click the “Manage Games” button.
4. From the drop-down menu, select “Print Tickets”.
5. Select the game(s) and seat(s) you would like to print. Next, click “Done”.
6. Click the blue “Print” button. You will see the number of tickets you have selected to print in brackets on the button.
7. Review the tickets you have selected to print, and click “Continue to Print” if they are correct.
8. Read the Terms of Use, and check the box beside “I Agree to the Terms of Use”. Next, click “Submit”.
9. Once you have clicked submit, your tickets will be downloaded onto your computer as a PDF file. Open the PDF file to print your tickets.
Please note: This is NOT the button to print your tickets. This will print your “print summary”. You must open the file that was downloaded to your computer to print your tickets.
This is an example of how a PDF might look when it is downloaded to your computer. It contains your tickets. Computers display downloaded files in different ways, so it may not look exactly like this. Look for the download in the top right corner of your browser as well, or go to your downloads folder if you cannot see the file right away.
10. Your tickets will look like the one pictured to the left. There is one ticket on each page. Please print these and bring them with you to scan at the gate.
Season Tickets will have “STM” printed on them so that guests using those tickets can enter at the Gate 6A Season Ticket Member entrance.
