On 19th December, The Thai Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC) in collaboration with the Camillian Home is glad to declare the success of the event “The Bridge of Hope 2013 – Christmas Charity Dinner for Children in need of the Camillian Home” took place at the Imperial Queen’s Park Hotel in Bangkok. More than 300 guests come to share the Joy of giving... Guests have been entertained by international artists and the Camillian Home children presented by the "Miss Italia nel mondo Thailand" meanwhile tasting a delicious original Italian aperitivo followed by a four course dinner which have included acclaimed delicacies such as Panettone, Italian Christmas cake and many delicious Italian dishes. A Perugina “kiss” have been greeting all guests who enter this authentic Christmas family dinner experience. We created an opportunity to enjoy the company of our beloved while supporting a great cause. Thanks to this event we achieve to raise a high number of funds for care of children with HIVTRANSCRIPT

The Thai – Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC) is glad to share with you the
Post-Event Press Release of “The Bridge of Hope 2013 – Christmas Charity
Dinner for Children in need of the Camillian Home” that took place on the
19th of December, at The Imperial Queen’s Park Hotel, Bangkok.
The event started with the welcoming speeches by Fr. Giovanni Contarin, Director
of Camillian Hospital, Mr. Giacomo Mauri, TICC President and Mr. Claudio Vatta,
Representative from The Embassy of Italy.
Over 350 participants contributed in recreating the atmosphere of the Christmas
spirit with the company of their friends while supporting a worthy cause.
All guests had the chance to taste a mouth-watering Italian Aperitivo followed by
a four course dinner prepared by Chef Vittorio with first class Italian products,
followed by traditional Italian Christmas cake Panettone and Prosecco.
While tasting delicious Italian food, wine and beer, guests have been entertained
by international artists and the Camillian Home children presented by Ms. Giulietta
Consentino, Thai-Italian artist and Mr. Giovanni Quaratesi, TICC Secretary
General. The evening included a lucky draw and the auction to raise funds for
children living with HIV/AIDS and other people in serious need of medical care in
Thailand.
