2) Working principle: The pressure acts directly on ceramic membrane, and the membrane moves litt le displacement direct proportional to the fluid pressure. And normally, the biggest displacement of membrane is less than 0.025mm. When electric circuit detects this displacement and then changes the relevant pressure into standard industrial measuring signal. When it is overpressure, the membrane sticks to solid ceramic basal corpuscle directly. There are only 0.1mm distance between membrane and basal corpuscle, so the maximum displacement of membrane can only be 0.1mm. Therefore the membrane in structure won’t be damaged.
