Type of animal
The type of animal is marsupial dog and also known as the Tassy tiger.
Appearance
It is 15mm in length .It had a small ears (about 80mm long).
The female had a opening back pouch.It had a yellowish brown to grey colour.
Habitat
They lied in the forests and wood land of Tasmania and New Guinea for seventy years.
Food
They eat slow kangaroos and other marsupial, sheep, birds, small rodents and meat.
Life-cycle
The pouch of the female give birth to a baby or three.
Why it is endangered?
The people started to shoot them and became a sport and dingos started to kill them as well.
Interesting facts
The Thylacine could open it’s mouth in a large gap.
