THW 3015 TTHHWW 33001155 GENERAL INFORMATION The THW 3015 is a light and and compact piling rig with a total weight of about 27 tonnes excluding a hydraulic hammer. The machine can be used for both prefab and wooden piles but also pre-drilling jobs are no problem for this machine. It’s compact measurements enable the machine to work in hard to reach areas and an excellent mobility makes it possible to complete several small jobs in one day. UNDERCARRIAGE The THW 3015 is equipped with a D4E undercarriage (H-shaped construction) with BERCO trackparts. The standard 3-rib trackplates are 900 mm wide and optional the trackplates can be covered with a smooth plate. Smooth plates however increase the total weight of the rig. The undercarriage can be hydraulically extended from 3.00 metres to 3.60 metres and the hydraulic track drives are O & K planetary gears. LEADER The leader of the THW 3015 has a standard length of 16,5 metres and the main dimensions are 500 x 500 mm. In order to reach the maximum leader length of 19,5 metres a 3 metre extension piece will be included with the machine. The leader head of the THW 3015 is V-shaped and has two arms for both the pile winch and the service winch. The leader foot can be dismounted by means of an axle. For positioning the piles the machine will be equipped with a hydraulic pile clamp. DIESELENGINE AND HYDRAULIC SYSTEM The standard engine in the THW 3015 is a Caterpillar 3126B dieselengine of 200 Hp at 2200 rpm. This engine meets the latest environmental regulations (Stage 2/TIER 2). The hydraulic system is powered by Rexroth pumps and Rexroth valve blocks. When required the hydraulic system can be filled with biodegradable oil (optional). The hydraulic system is suited for powering a hammer with a 3 tonne dropweight. The machine is fitted with a self erecting leader, which reduces the set up time of the rig considerably and makes it extremely mobile. UNDERCARRIAGE The THW 4017 is equipped with a D6 undercarriage (H-shaped construction) with BERCO trackparts. The machine has a self erecting leader, which reduces the set up time of the THW 5021 considerably and enables the machine to complete several small jobs on one day. The standard configuration of the THW 5021 is made for executing piling jobs with prefab piles and/or pre-drilling jobs. The pre-drilling jobs can be performed in combination with piling jobs because the rotary head is fitted on the righthand side of the leader. A complete pre-drilling system can be obtained as an option. The THW 5021 can also be used for driving and extracting cast-in-situ piles and CFA piles. In order to execute these jobs the machine has to be adjusted with a bigger engine, a stronger hammer winch and a manifold which can supply oil to both hydraulic hammers and a rotary head. When these changes have been made to the rig its name changes into the THW 5021-S. All specifications below are of the standard THW 5021. TTTHHHWWW 555555222555---DDD GENERAL INFORMATION The THW 5525-D is a hydraulic drilling rig with a total weight of 60 tonnes including a rotary head. The standard rotary head on a THW 5525-D is a WG-20 (20 TM), which can be used for both CFA and displacement piles. It’s excellent mobility enables the THW 5525-D to complete several small jobs o none day, but also bigger projects are no problem. UNDERCARRIAGE The THW 5525-D has a D6C undercarriage (H-shaped construction) with BERCO trackparts. The under-carriage can be hydraulically extended from a transport width of 3.450 mm to a operating width of 4.400 mm and the width of the 3-rib trackplates is 900 mm. Each trackframe can be extended separately. The undercarriage is driven by O & K Planetary Gears. LEADER The fully closed leader of the THW 4019-D has a standard length of 24,3 metres and the main dimensions are 700 x 600 mm. For drilling up to 25 metres depth a 4 metre leader extension can be delivered with the machine as an option, so the total leader length will reach 28,3 metres. The leader is suited for a maximum torque of 20 TM over it’s full length and the maximum extraction force over the leader head is 60 tonnes. The leader is also fitted with a leader head, which has an extendable arm for the service winch (a second arm is optional). In order to reduce the transport length of the machine a hydraulic folding system can be fitted on the leader optionally. ENGINE AND HYDRAULIC SYSTEM The power unit comprises a SCANIA DC-16 diesel engine (TIER 2) producing 532 Hp (391 Kw) at 1800 Rpm with three Rexroth hydraulic pumps and REXROTH valve blocks. GENERAL INFORMATION The THW 6025 is a hydraulic piling rig with a total weight of 60 tonnes excluding a hydraulic hammer. The machine has a self erecting leader, which reduces the set up time of the rig considerably. The standard configuration of the THW 6025 is made for executing piling jobs with prefab piles and/or pre-drilling jobs. The pre-drilling jobs can be performed in combination with piling jobs because the rotary head is fitted on the righthand side of the leader. A complete pre-drilling system is available as an option. The THW 6025 can also be used for driving and extracting cast-in-situ piles and CFA piles. In order to execute these jobs the machine has to be adjusted with a bigger engine, a stronger hammer winch and a manifold which can supply oil to both hydraulic hammers and a rotary head. When these changes have been made to the rig its name changes into the THW 6025-S. All specifications below are of the standard THW 6025. UNDERCARRIAGE The THW 6025 is equipped with a D6C undercarriage (H-shaped construction) with BERCO trackparts. The standard 3-rib trackplates are 900 mm wide and optional the trackplates can be covered with a smooth plate. Smooth plates however increase the total weight of the rig. The undercarriage can be hydraulically extended from 3.50 metres to 4.80 metres and the hydraulic trackdrives are O & K planetary gears. LEADER The leader of the THW 6025 has a standard length of 27,15 metres and the main dimensions are 750 x 750 mm. In order to reach the maximum leader length of 30,15 metres a 3 metre extension piece can be delivered as an option with the machine. The 6-sheave leader head of the THW 6025 is V-shaped and the leader foot can be dismounted. In order to reduce the transport length of the machine the leader is fitted with a hydraulic folding system. For positioning the piles the machine will be equipped with a hydraulic pile clamp.
