In the 8 days of school, our community has been busy with:• C ross -Country Running (80+ students) - Monday, Wednesday, Friday• Pho to Day, Gradual Entry for Kindergarten, Band start-up (instrument

rentals), playground leaders, classroom finishing touches• Playground debris and safety - 250 pairs of eyes find everything!• F i r e drill - everyone contributes to safety by knowing what to do.

In the next few weeks, our community will be involved in the following:• In tegrat ing kindergarten students into school routines 6( expectations• Footbal l i f we have a coach, players and teacher sponsors by tomorrow• Cross-country, Students Council, Robotics Club, Jeux de jeudis• O p e n House, September 21: Popcorn day September 22• September 29 Terry Fox Walk and PAC Lunch• S ta r t i ng up reading groups, sup.nrt 9roups, buddy classes• Professional development day.
