10:00pm Restaging ShelterRESTAGING SHELTER chronicles the artistic process of the Urban Bush Women and their foundingdirector, Jawole Willa Jo Zollar, as they reconstruct Zollar's master work, Shelter, for the VirginiaCommonwealth University (VCU) dance program. Members of the Urban Bush Women lead the youngdance majors through community-building exercises, challenging them to look at issues of homelessnessand displacement. During rehearsals, the students embark on a rigorous journey - both physically andemotionally - as they engage in what Zollar calls, "an actor's process through a dancer's body." Zollarchoreographed Shelter a dance for six women, in 1988 after witnessing homelessness in different areas ofthe United States. The current incarnation of the dance examines the same issues, but through a post-Hurricane Katrina lens.

She is hired to teach at the local school, but the Headmaster is acting strangely. Hehas an arm that rises up into the air without him seeming to notice it! The Headmaster comes to seeMartin about his constipation, but starts acting in a paranoid manner. Martin notices his strange physicalbehavior for the first time, but before he can complete his examination, the Headmaster rushes from theSurgery. At the hospital for a routine check-up, Louisa discovers that Edith is going to be her doctor. Shealso learns something about Martin and Edith's relationship during medical school that shocks her. Uponreturning to school, Louisa discovers that the Headmaster has taken her pupils down to the treacherousrock pools of Roscarrock Cove for a nature walk. She alerts Martin and he rushes there to try and savethe children.
