THROUGH THE WIRE (2013)
Scene: Exterior. Day
In the forest, a character appears walking through the forest. They pull their zip up. They continue walking and cough. They then reach into their pocket and pull out some kind of device. They attach the device to themselves. They raise their hand to a tree and a portal appears. The character then walks through the portal. They appear in a city and continue to walk through the crowds. A person watches them as they walk past.
AGENT
Target arrived
VOICE FROM PHONE
Keep on it
AGENT
Why are they so dangerous?
MOBILE PHONE
We don’t have time for this now, stay on mission
AGENT
Ok, Ill following the target now
AGENT starts to follow TARGET.
AGENT
Something’s wrong
MOBILE PHONE
Don’t break contact, just bring it in
AGENT
It’s walking to fast
TARGET walks around the corner, AGENT follows. TARGET stops walking.
AGENT
Do you know why I’m here?
TARGET turns to face AGENT

The light fades. And then the TARGET walks out from the darkness with a bloodied hand.
