THREE VERY DIFFERENT CULTURES: CHINESE, MEXICAN AND ITALIAN The culture of Mexico is actually a set of cultures. China was a cradle of two important philosophical currents, the Confucianism and the Taoism. Whereas the culture of Italy is the set of the cultural manifestations produced in Italian territory. Italy is recognized by his art, his culture and his most numerous monuments, between them the tower of Pisa and the Roman Coliseum; ; As well as for his gastronomy (Italian famous plates are the pizza and the pasta), his wine, his way of life, his painting, his design, cinema, theatre, literature and music, especially, the opera. Important part of these three cultures is his gastronomy. The gastronomy of Mexico is characterized by his great variety of saucers and recipes, as well as by the complexity of his production. In addition it is recognized by his strong and sophisticated flavors by great flavoring. The tortilla forms a part of the majority of the saucers in the Mexican food, is a substitute of the bread who is in use in other countries. The typical Mexican saucers possess between his principal characteristic a piquant flavor in great quantity, for what it might be unbearable for some people.
