At our September meetings with residents, wepresented our 2014 Customer Satisfaction Surveyresults, which were fantastic. To validate the directionand success of our programs we have just received theExcellence in Action Award from the NationalResearch Corporation, which gathers information onover 8,500 seniorliving locationsthroughout thecountry.
