Richard "TY" Field Smalley, 11, died on May 13, 2010 in Perkins, Oklahoma. He was born on June 16, 1998 to Kirk and Laura Smalley in Stillwater, Oklahoma. He attended Perkins school where he was in the 6th grade. TY loved to do what all active boys his age liked to do. He loved to hunt, read, and play videogames and baseball, which led to his love of the Cardinals. He was always happy and laughing, and was described as a "real live wire." Ty was a hard worker who loved to take care of his neighbor, and loved his family and friends. lmL

Bullying Definition • Bullying is unwanted, aggressive
behavior. The behavior is repeated.• Bullying includes actions such as
making threats, spreading rumors, attacking someone physically or verbally, and excluding someone from a group on purpose. Sending someone unwanted text messages, rumors sent by email or posted on social network sites, and embarrassing pictures, videos, websites, or fake profiles.

10. FIND A PRIVATE MOMENT TO TELL THE VICTIM YOU SYMPATHIZE. SOMETIMES THAT’S ALL IT TAKES.
