based contract management solutions to healthcare organizations.

Mr. Rizk co-invented TractManager Inc.’s technology platform’s patented processes.

Mr. Rizk led the company’s growth from a start-up operation to a company that served over 25% of the

hospitals in the United States with more than 130,000 end users at over 6,000 healthcare

facilities in the United States and internationally.

Thomas Rizk has a B.A. in Business Administration from Rutgers University, a J.D. from Rutgers University
