• Collect and assist with scoping out requirements with customer, share with selected Service Provider
• Develop (if needed) together a phased customer driven roadmap

• Develop and order project proposal, assign contacts in cooperation with Service Provider
• Get detailed scope of amount of work, proposed working model and assigned project lead from selected Service Provider
• Negotiate prize, terms, scope and approach strategy with client (Fixed Price, T&M, ODC)

How we work – Development/Test Project
• Follow up, monitor and escalate when needed
• Project lead and team runs agile development and test allowing customer project access and delivery
• Invoicing according to project milestones client will pay service provider and service provider TLi
• Make sure of transparency services are provided and security when required
