support to ALL adults over 18 in Lancashire!

• Be the first port of call for practical support, information and signposting

3. What services do Help Direct

provide?

Community Advisors

• Support and assist all clients to resolve their problems

• Investigate solutions • Monitor and follow up• Work with referring agencies

e.g. Social Workers, Police, LFRS etc

• Aim to achieve a positive outcome

Wellbeing Measure Tool

• Identify areas may wish / need to improve • Highlight priority areas • Give a record of scores & actions • Method of measuring the

increase in someone’s wellbeing, empowering and encouraging the individual further

• From handy person to Home Improvement Agency

• Trading Standards approved

• Basic criminal record check

• Feedback Facility

• E.g. Plumbers, Electricians
