We thank you, God of compassion and mercy, that you have nourished our souls at your table with the bread of life and the cup of hope. May your love that was poured out from Christ to us now flow through us to others. Meet us in our brokenness through the bread that was broken for all the world. Release hope in us and others through Christ’s name we pray. Amen.

News and Notes ~ August 2, 2015
Bounty for the BEAT! Do you have extra vegetable plants or other plants you would like to share with others? Do you have an abundance of produce from your
garden? Kidz BEAT is sponsoring a table in the
Gathering Area each Sunday for just such items! Here’s how it will work . . .
1. Bring in your “Bounty” with you on Sunday, whether it be plants, flowers, fruit or vegetables and place it on the table. Items placed on the table will be to “share” with others.
2. Do you see something you might need? Place a DONATION in the can on the table and take what you need. It’s that simple.
3. Any items left over at the end of the worship service on Sunday will be donated to Canton Calvary Mission or a shelter.
Thanks for your support and Enjoy the Harvest!
Lifetouch Photo Directory — If you did not have your photo taken by
Lifetouch and would like to purchase a new photo directory, the cost is $10. Please contact the church office to place your order.
Drivers Needed! — Trinity has a great need for drivers who will take
members to appointments. If you would be willing to help with the ministry, please speak to Dolly Bowersox, Tom Pieper or call the church office.
THANK YOU TRINITY! We would like to offer a huge thank you to the Evangelism Team and Congregational Life for hosting the baby shower; and thank you to every-one who gave gifts and donations for the college fund. We feel so blessed to have the love and support from the Trinity church community in welcom-ing our little boy into the world. Thank you again for your kindness and generosity, it is appreciated more than you will ever know. ~ Reverends Andrew & Sarah
GOOD THINGS ARE HAPPENING AT TRINITY!
Window Installation
Two sample windows are located in the Library and the Music Room, they have been placed for anyone to see what the final product will look like.
On Tuesday, July 28, work began in the Trinity West Wing, including the Lower Level. Installation has been staggered to coincide with JRC’s Adult Day Care hours. The East Wing will be addressed next, with Small World Montessori and the Courtyard receiving updates. Following completion of the East Wing, the Main Office and Meditation Courtyard windows are scheduled.
All work will certainly be dependent upon weather conditions, and will ebb and flow depending on shipments of materials. I will receive updates on installation plans and will disseminate as warranted.
Parking Lot Resurfacing
Beginning Monday, August 3, 2015, the parking lot is scheduled to be re-surfaced. As with the window installation, progression is dependent upon weather conditions. The plan is to complete this project within a two week timetable. Everyone may be temporarily inconvenienced, but the reward will be long lasting. Please bear with each occurrence and call or email me, daily, if necessary, and I will do my best to work toward a solution.
This process will begin with removing the existing surface, and has been conveniently divided into two sections. The Triangle parking lot, located across Blackburn Rd, will serve as the only parking area for Staff, Visitors, Congregants, Vendors, and such until work has completed. Check emails/mailboxes today for information to address parking for physically challenged individuals. Consideration is the focus as to which section will be completed on which day.
On Friday, August 7, the entire lot will need to be vacant. Final stages will be applied and requires settling for completion. Watch your Sunday bulletin or check your email for further details. Thank you for your cooperation.
