This Week at Camp

This week was pirate themed! We spent time playing on the playground, group games, and singing songs.

On Tuesday, we started off our morning with show and tell and after that we went straight to the playground. After our time outside, we ate snack and headed to the Rec Center for swimming lessons. We love kicking our feet in the water and floating on our backs.

On Wednesday, we made eye patches! We all loved to wear them around and pretend that we were pirates. We played outside on the playground and played in the gym with the scooters and hoola hoops! They loved running around in the gym and playing new games with the scooters.

On Thursday, we made a summer bucket list, which was so fun! We also made pirates…argh matey!! In the afternoon, we headed to swim lessons where we kicked our feet and floated on our backs!

Friday, we went to Rosewood Beach. We always love the beach because there is a playground and water, so it is the best of both worlds! We even got to have snack there. After the beach, we rode the big yellow school bus back to camp where we had more playtime outside and inside.

Reminder for Next Week

• Please continue to label towels, water bottles, etc. • Send child with sunscreen and always be prepared for water activities. • Please do not send child with their toys from home unless it is their show and tell day!
