Facts on Child and Family Poverty
What is First Call?
A non-partisan, cross-sectoral coalition with an advocacy agenda based on research and experience.
Research identified four Keys to Success for Children and Youth:
1. A strong commitment to early childhood development
2. Support transitions from childhood to youth and adulthood
3. Increased economic equality
4. Safe and caring communities
