This Project Guide is to help lead us in prayer for the people of Eurasia

and our missionaries, John and Beth Wilson.

These Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge Project Guides are created to present an opportunity

to partner with a specific missionary, via designated giving, culturally specific prayer, and similar

serving opportunities to the featured missionary. Use this Project Guide on a regular basis to bring missions to life by developing a heart of generosity in your kids’ ministry! Our hope is that

you will use this simple tool to teach your kids about evangelism, both in the global and local

context. For your convenience, we have included the Ignite Eurasia website which has a link so

you can download all videos, pictures, etc. See link below (case sensitive).

GPS – GIVE PRAY SERVE

BGMC exists to help kids give, pray, and go (GPS) with missionaries around the world. One of

the ways a heart of generosity can be measured is through a few actionable items: how are the

kids in your ministry giving? How are they praying? How are they serving? We want to measure

the effectiveness of a child’s missional heart through their own desire to give, their own desire

to pray, and their own desire to serve. You are leading kids in prayer for children in other parts

of the world. God is calling many of them to go across cultures and tell people about Jesus.

Consider giving toward those who are ministering to the unreached corners of the Earth. A

giving form is attached at the end of this Project Guide and we hope that you consider

contributing toward this excellent ministry. The Project Fundraising Goal is $10,000; once that

goal is met, remaining funds will be donated towards critical needs – such as food, Bibles,

water, clothes, medicine, shelter – for missionaries on the field. Donations to the critical needs

fund may be made at any time throughout the year.

As your commitment is an agreement between you and God, it is understood that you may

revise it at any time. Once a need is met, we reserve the privilege of redirecting funds to the

BGMC Critical Needs Account. If the pledged amount is not met, BGMC reserves the right to

redirect the church or district’s undesignated funds.

PART 1 – EURASIA Eurasia consists of 44 separate

countries. Many of these

countries are very difficult to

access but God has given the

Wilson’s a great opportunity to

ignite a mentoring movement

for kids in Eurasia through a

BGMC project called “Ignite Eurasia”. The nations they focus on are India, Bangladesh, Nepal,

and Sri Lanka.

In Eurasia, they have all kinds of different climates, from high mountains, to burning deserts, to

steaming jungles. It's a very interesting place in the world.

Right now John and Beth are working with four different languages in Southern Asia. The Ignite

Eurasia BGMC project, specifically, will help them share the Gospel with kids in the Nepali

language, which they’re very excited about.

PRAYER POINT: Pray that God will open the doors to the nations in Eurasia which need a

mentoring movement for kids.

PART 2 – INTRODUCING THE WILSON’S John, Beth, and their family are from Spokane,

Washington. They moved to Russia in 2002 and served as

missionaries there. They now serve all of Eurasia as

missionaries through AGWM International Ministries. This

gives them access to all countries of Eurasia and the rest of the world.

John and Beth were called to mission ministry through their work with orphan kids in Russia.

God spoke to them and called them to take their family to begin to serve children throughout

Russia, greater Eurasia and now worldwide.

John and Beth have three grown children and two grandchildren, of whom they are very proud.

As missionaries, their job is to help establish, strengthen, and serve the mentoring ministry of

Royal Rangers International for boys and girls through local churches in every nation around the

world.

PRAYER POINT: Pray that God will help the Wilson’s fulfill the mission to ignite a mentoring

movement in nations around the world.

PRAYER POINT: Pray that God will speak to local people about fulfilling the Great Commission to

make disciples in their nations.

PART 3 – LIFE IN EURASIA Southern Asia and India contain one third of all the children in the world. That's over 400 million young people under the age of 18, and probably even more. More kids than the

population of the USA.

Kids in Eurasia like all kinds of activities,

especially outdoor games, camping,

hiking, swimming, fishing, football;

which you know as soccer.

Eurasia’s kids are like any other kids

around the world; they love every kind

of activity. And through the Wilson’s

ministry, kids are provided a variety of

things to do. John’s had the most fun

teaching kids to play baseball, shoot

arrows and light fires with no matches!

PRAYER POINT: Pray for kids in Eurasia who need Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

PRAYER POINT: Pray that kids will find friendships and have life changing experiences through

Royal Rangers International meetings and activities.

PART 4 – MANY RELIGIOUS BACKGROUNDS In Eurasia, they have many different kinds of religions including Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism,

animism, Orthodox Christianity, and many other different religions that people follow. Very few

people are Christians.

Therefore, John and Beth have to present a clear, understandable message of the Gospel to the

people in Eurasia so that they can understand and accept Jesus Christ into their lives.

In Eurasia sometimes nation's make it difficult to present the Gospel to people. They have to be

creative how they do it and Royal Rangers International really helps. In many places ministry to

children is forbidden but God always seems to make a way to share His love.

PRAYER POINT: Pray that

kids who are influenced by

false religions will come to

know who Jesus Christ

really is and will give their

hearts to him and become

part of a Royal Rangers

International group.

PART 5 – NEEDS OF THE CHURCH In Eurasia one of the greatest needs the churches have is the need for ministry to boys and

girls. Therefore, the Wilson’s want to ignite a mentoring movement in every nation of Eurasia,

were kids can learn to serve Jesus.

The greatest need of the Christian church is that the church be established where it is not. John

and Beth have seen many of Royal Rangers International groups catch a vision to plant new churches in new places in Eurasia. They’ve

seen churches grow out of Royal Rangers

International groups in Ukraine and in nations in Africa as well. Many of the leaders and kids

work to share Royal Rangers International with

neighboring churches and even other nations.

Evangelism and Mission is the heart of Royal

Rangers International.

PRAYER POINT: Pray for churches as they begin ministry for kids and young people. Pray that

God will raise up leaders in these churches.

PART 6 – THE PROJECT “Ignite Eurasia” is a BGMC project where they want to do three things.

1- They want to present the Gospel to the first of 10,000

boys and girls in Southern Asia and India.

2- They want to translate Royal Rangers International

resources into Nepali, so that the children of Nepal can

have discipleship resources in their local churches. There

are 1,000 churches waiting for these resources in Nepal.

3 -They want to train adult mentors in each of the

Nations and establish the ministry of Royal Rangers for

boys and girls in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and strengthen it in Sri Lanka.

Their goal is to ignite a mentoring movement in each of these nations through the local church and to see that movement led by and supported by the local church in each nation.

As they ignite this mentoring movement, it will open the door to one-third of all the kids in the world to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

PRAYER POINT: Pray that churches and groups in America and around the world will take up the challenge to give a dollar twenty a day for 30 days in 2020 and 2021 and become part of the

Ignite Eurasia BGMC project.

PRAYER POINT: Pray that groups around the world who give will meet their Goals for Giving to

Ignite Eurasia.

PART 7 – MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES The ministry of Royal Rangers International meets an incredible need to disciple young people.

They do this by meeting with kids weekly providing mentors to guide them along in their walk

with Jesus.

They also encourage the leaders and Rangers around the world to not only look at their own

needs but to look at the needs of others around them, including neighboring nations.

Around the world Royal Rangers International is helping nations establish new churches, reach

out to young people, and change lives for the better.

As Beth and John prepare for their fourth term as missionaries, they have the great opportunity to reach literally thousands and thousands of young people through this mentoring movement.

They are bringing, for the first time, a solid ministry, through local churches, that will disciple boys and girls for years to come.

as they raise additional monthly prayer and financial support and their

one-time cash budget.
