The Maze Runner Summary

The Maze Runner (directed by Wes Ball) is a thriller/action movie that takes place in a maze arena, trapped. Thomas (Dylan O’ Brien), a teenager arrives in the center of a giant labyrinth. Thomas quickly becomes part of the group that’s trapped inside and they find a way to escape and find answers.

Thumbs Up!

The acting in this movie particularly was very good overall. Dylan O’ Brien who is Thomas in this movie gave a great performance. The director, Wes Ball, gave a good plot, gave a good overall structure to the movie. The cast gave an extravagant performance and they knew how to act and give the audience a good show.

Thumbs Down!

There were some things that could use some improving. SOME of the actors weren’t exactly performing at a necessarily good level. A somewhat confusing plot may grab the viewer’s attention but doesn’t exactly explain much.

In My Opinion

Overall, The Maze Runner is an astounding movie to watch with your family or your friends. Acting was good by some, directing was excellent, the plot was a real story to follow, an special effects were amazing to see. Dylan did a nice job playing the adventurer, Thomas, and the story line was a great feature of this movie.
