Unfortunately, Media Services will not support remote interviews during live stream events. There are too many uncontrollable variables in technology to ensure a smooth experience.

The videographer is responsible for filming the interview between the Program Manager and the SME.

There are many intricacies involved with this task that go beyond the scope of this presentation.

The Media Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the streaming technology is functioning properly and that viewers can access content. They are also responsible for overlaying graphics during the live stream event (e.g. lower thirds, title cards, supporting graphics, etc.).

The live stream monitor reviews incoming questions to distribute electronically to the Program Manager for the Q&A segment of the live stream event. Please note: Media Services will provide ample training to ensure this process runs smoothly.

The Program Manager serves as the host of the live stream event. They are responsible for introducing the topic and SME, interviewing the SME, and moderating the Q&A at the end of the live stream.
