This material is part of a collection that documents the harassment, discrimination, and retaliation perpetrated against Alaska's women research scientists by their supervisor, with full knowledge (and arguably, "tacit approval") of their federal employer, the USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS)
This document is the USDA National Finance Center's response to a letter from the IRS, (requesting the missing W-2 or 1099 Form on my behalf). The NFC attached a W-2 Form documenting my 2010 employment wages, but again failed to send any tax documentation for the Settlement Income. In fact, the National Finance Center did not include the 1099 Form previously offered to me by USDA attorney Brooks Liswell, (which he specifically provided as "proof" that the agency had reported my Settlement income to the IRS).
If the USDA National Finance Center has no tax documentation to account for my Settlement Income, then "where" did USDA attorney Brooks Liswell obtain the 1099 tax paperwork, which was introduced as proof of compliance in the current breach-of-settlement dispute?
