Members CornerWhen God ordains it, all falls into place....Submitted by AEA Pastors Michael and Joan MirandaGreetings, in the name of Jesus, from New Seasons Fellowship Church, located in North Tonawanda, NY. I wanted to share some of what the Lord is doing here. We are a small church, coming up to our 2nd year anniversary. The Lord has brought roughly ninety people through our doors for various reasons, and it’s no surprise, because He has called us to what we always refer to as a hospital and a place of refuge, and he has been faithful to that. We are always excited and expectant of what the Lord is going to do next.For a while now, many people have been asking about water baptism, but due to our being an in-the-home church, we don’t have the facility for that right now, but God is faithful, and over the past couple of weeks, and much prayer, He has allowed Pastor Shawn, through various avenues the opportunity to do just that.On Sunday, August 13, 2017, early that morning Pastor Shawn called us with a sudden opportunity to use a pool from one of his customers. When asked, the gentleman was more than happy to do so. When God ordains it, all falls into place, “praise God”. So, with that we spoke to the congregation, and there was no hesitation at all, it definitely was God appointed. That very day, Sunday, August 13, 2017, New Seasons Fellowship had their first baptism. We had a total of 8 baptisms, Leanne, Jennifer, Teresa, Rebeca, Isabella, David, Elijah and Joe. And also, a salvation the same day, it was such a blessing.

The baptism took place at a home in North Buffalo, Joe and his wife Judy were gracious enough to allow us the use of their swimming pool for the baptism. The weather was great, everyone’s heart eager to be baptized and take this wonderful step in their journey, and the holy spirit was present. Pastor Michael Miranda and Pastor Shawn Tybor were so blessed for the privilege and opportunity to be a part of the next step in so many lives. It was also a great experience for the neighbors to see, how

often do you see a baptism in someone’s yard?!.Everyone was so blessed to be there that day, right down to the meal afterwards at Pastor Shawn’s home, and it was a such a blessing for us, such a great way to start our third year as a church. We would also like to thank Joe and Judy for their wonderful hospitality and for the use of the yard to bring about what Matthew 28:19 tells us, “therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the father and of the son and of the holy spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you”.We are excited with great anticipation to watch God continue to bring about our church scripture, Ecclesiastes 3:1. “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven”.Thank you and God bless!!

This is a special event you will not want to miss.
