We are created uniquely and beautifully by God from our hair right down to our toes. Accepting our own beauty and value is often so hard, that when you look at yourself from the outside to the inside it is like walking through fire, horrible and painful. I have often asked myself the question, why is it so hard for us to Value ourselves and to recognise our own beauty inside and out? Acknowledging our true and unique beauty only becomes real to us, once we add Value to ourselves. The minute that we can say to ourselves, that “YES I MATTER” we start to see our Beauty. Adding value to ourselves is such an important aspect of who we are, to be able to KNOW and to BELIEVE, that “WHO I AM” matters and that it is not how I look that determines my Value in this world. So believe me when I tell you that, “WHO YOU ARE MATTERS” you are Unique and Beautiful. I challenge you, that if you feel undervalued at home, school or among your friends, make a big sign that says;

Who I am & My opinion Matter !!! I dare you to Show the world that you matter & remember You are beautiful !!!
