Messaging

DAIIS owns organizational message traffic for the Army Intelligence Enterprise and:• Brokers for data and raw message traffic from IC agencies which it further disseminates to collateral

domains.• The only available source for many organizations and foreign partners to access Tearlines, collateral

SIGINT, and other limited distribution message traffic.• Provides other agencies and departments access to their own message traffic, such as FBI and DHS.• Pushes data feeds to other community databases and applications owned by NCTC, FBI, DNI, DoD, y pp y

and other organizations, including LNI and IC ITE.

MPSMessage Traffic Dissemination

The Message Processing System (MPS) is an application created by DAIIS to host collateral and releasable message traffic on multiple classified domains.

MPS is used to digitally parse tearline portions from limited access message traffic. The result provides unique message traffic on various U.S. and multilateral networks to which intelligence consumers would otherwise not have access.
