This charming little place was built in April 2008. It is located just outside the picturesque little fishing village of Bozburun, on the hillside of Adatepe, at the opposite side of the small bay. It has the highest location of all houses, with a gorgeous view of the sea and the bay. From our place you can actually see the houses on the Greek island of Symi, 18 kilometers away, as well as Bozburun harbor entrance and village! The distance to the sea shore is 200 meters and the elevation is 40 meters. Our house is 60 square meters with 2 bedrooms, a large living room with an open kitchen with fridge/freezer and a combined gas/electric stove. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The master bedroom, with window/door to the terrace, has a queen size bed and the smaller bedroom has two-story single beds. The large angled sofa in the living room can be turned into a bed with room for two persons. In total the house sleeps 6 persons but mostly convenient with 4 people. The south-west faced, wooden terrace with a bamboo roof, covers the full length of the house, facing the sea and the sun-set. At the south garden side of the house there is a pergola with a bamboo roof and a stone BBQ. At the north side of the house is the small pool with a wooden sun-deck area which was built in spring 2013. You can enjoy the fantastic sea view and the sunset from almost anywhere at our place, indoors or outdoors. To reach the house, you walk 300 meters on a small dirt road from where the road ends at hotel Mete. The last 100 meters is a quite steep dirt track, but you will be greatly rewarded when you arrive. The first thing you will see after entering the gate is our specially designed pool area with the 3 meter in diameter round pool with a wooden deck area. It has an environmental- and body-friendly cleaning system. The house has no air conditioning system but the Meltemi wind, coming directly from the open sea, passes through the windows during the day. In the evening, the mountain wind makes a cool breeze in the opposite direction. There are some electric fans that can be used during the night hours, if required. Bozburun is a small seaside village with 2000 inhabitants, 55 km from Marmaris. It is as far out on the Turkish mainland you can get, opposite to the Greek island of Symi, 18 km away. The tourists who come to Bozburun are mainly Turks from the big cities, wanting to relax at a peaceful and un-spoilt seaside village and all those who are sailing or on a Blue Voyage (Gulet cruise) along the coast. This coast (from Bozburun to Bodrum) is probably the cleanest and most beautiful part of the Turkish Aegean with all the small bays and peninsulas and the Greek Dodecanese islands. The area is perfect for sailing, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking and hiking. Bozburun has managed to maintain its quiet and cozy atmosphere with locals continuing with the traditions of fishing, bee keeping and boat-building although more and more hotels, restaurants and small pensions has been opened lately along the shores of the bay. Bozburun, and especially the exclusive Adatepe area where our house is situated, is recommended for people who are looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. The only things you will hear when you wake up in the morning are the birds, the roosters, the sheep walking all over the hillside and the sound of the old fishing boats. It may be challenging to walk the last bit of way to the house, especially if it is hot, which is why we don´t recommend the place for small children or people who are not in good physical condition. Please feel free to ask us anything. We will be happy to help and answer your questions. You can reach Bozburun by flying into Dalaman airport (105 km to Marmaris) or Milas Bodrum airport (125 km to Marmaris). There are airport coaches from Dalaman to Marmaris bus station. The local bus (Dolmus) links Marmaris to Bozburun 5 times per day during the summer season. It takes around 1 hour and is a 55 km trip from Marmaris to Bozburun.Car rental services are available in Dalaman, Marmaris and Bozburun for those who like to travel independently. We can also arrange air-port transportation from Dalaman or Marmaris to Bozburun.

This charming little place was built in April 2008. It is located just outside the picturesque little fishing village of

Bozburun, on the hillside of Adatepe, at the opposite side of the small bay. It has the highest location of all houses,

with a gorgeous view of the sea and the bay. From our place you can actually see the houses on the Greek island of

open kitchen with fridge/freezer and a combined gas/electric stove. The bathroom has a shower and a washing

machine. The master bedroom, with window/door to the terrace, has a queen size bed and the smaller bedroom has
