JESUS MUST BE LORD OF ALL

If Jesus is not Lord of all ____________ of our lives, He is not really our Lord at all. It is important that we submit to the Lordship of Jesus. While Jesus was here on earth, there was no area in His life that was contrary to the Father’s will (John 6:38).

Even in handling our finances, God must be obeyed. In the Bible, we read that many times Jesus talked about the correct handling and view of money.

GOD’S WILL CONCERNING FINANCES

WHAT IS STEWARDSHIP?

It means to take care of another’s ____________.

To fully obey God, we need to understand His will concerning finances. We are required to be ____________ stewards. FOLLOW CHRIST AND BE A FISHER OF MEN

Before our encounter with Jesus (conversion experience), we used to live in sin, distant from God, bound by Satan, lost and doomed to eternal suffering in hell. Billions of people all over the world are presently in that same situation If God reached out to you and gave you new life and hope, others are not without a chance. They are equally important to the Lord.

What is God’s will for those who do not know Him? ________________________________________________________________________ (II Peter 3:9). In the same manner that you came to know Christ through prayer, care and sharing of God’s Word by your friend or relative, God is counting on you to be His partner in this worthy cause of reaching out to people to share God’s love and His Word.

When we decided to follow Jesus Christ, we are not just to enjoy life and wait forheaven, but also to:

GOD PROMISED POWER

In Acts 1:8, Jesus promised to give us power to become witnesses for Him anywhere under heaven.

In Acts 16:30, What did the jailer asked Paul and Silas on what he must do to be saved___________________________________________________ (v.31).This verse shows that families are part of the God’s “salvation package.” It is important that we have faith and pray for their salvation. We must show them the love of God and share His word to them. Time will come when they will be born again. They may persecute us or reject us for a moment, but that is also part of being in Christ (Matthew 5:10-12; II Timothy 3:12). So don’t let it make you turn your back from the Lord.

How do we reach out to them?

From your family to others in your city, nation and even to the world, God can use you to win people to Him (Acts 1:8).

1. Start where you are and you’ll go places with the Lord.

2. Pray for others that are far from you and for the nations of the world (Psalms 2:8).
