TOTAL Dollars Spent on Real Estate is UP 16.7% from last year (2013)

TOTAL Dollars Spent on Real Estate was over $138 Million

TOTAL number of PROPERTIES of all types sold is UP 14.2%

Dollars spent on HOMES is UP 12.8%

Number of HOMES sold is UP 11.9%

Dollars spent on WATERFRONT HOMES is UP 15.3%

Dollars spent on LUXURY HOMES ($500,000+) is UP 25.2%

Number of LUXURY HOMES sold is UP 27.3%

Dollars spent on WATERFRONT LOTS is UP 84.7%

Dollars spent on LAND & LOTS is UP 35.2%

Dollars spent on FARMS is UP 119.5%

Dollars spent on COMMERCIAL is DOWN 16.9%

Conventional Financing is UP 19.3% or $9.5 Million

Number of Conventional Financing LOANS is UP 11.7%

Cash Financing is UP 45.8%

Dollars spent in Grove Area is UP 14.8%

Dollars spent in South Counties Area is UP 23.2%
