Limiting beliefs1954, Roger Banister -first man -one mile < 4 minutes.
In Roger's own words, "It was widely believed that attempting to break the 4-minute barrier is suicide. So, naturally, when I got up on my feet after having collapsed at the finish line, I assumed I was dead".
Roger broke that limiting barrier of belief. He made himself do the "impossible".

Creating our reality -unconsciously. Do it consciously by focusing on the things we want, instead of those that we don’t.Beliefs have tremendous power over us, and over the quality of our entire lives. Some of our beliefs are helpful, such as the belief that we will be healthier if we eat well and exercise.Other beliefs can have a really negative impact on us
unhappiness, poverty, poor health, in miserable relationships, or even alone.

I am not good enoughI will never be any good. People can't be trusted. I am safer on my own. I would like a relationship but I could get hurt a lot. I am too sensitive. I am to blame for everything. Others do things better than me. I am afraid of success.
