THE APPOINTED TIMES – LEVITICUS CHAPTERS 21-24 This week, Pastor Ray focused primarily on Chapter 23 of Leviticus to bring to light the holy pattern and prophetic story revealed by the LORD’s Feasts, and further, stress the prophetic fulfillment of Christ Jesus in each of the Feasts and what this means to us in today’s world.

Think on These Things... READ Genesis 1:14 (NKJV & NIV), Coloss ians 2:16-17 and Levit icus 23 together in preparat ion for your Group Discuss ion: What insights, principles, or observations stood out to you from this week’s reading? Discuss…

Receiving the Message & Relating to the Study.. What main point[s] spoke to you the most from this week’s sermon? Discuss…

1. The Prayers of many are heard! READ 2 Corin thians 1:8-11 - Before you begin

the study with your group, please take time to pray for the people of Cuba and the continued revival in their country, asking the Lord to grant them His gracious favor! Also, please pray for Pastor Marcial and how the Lord will continue to use him and other leaders in the church to plant and water God’s Word. Pray how Maranatha may continue to step into the story of Cuba’s revival.

2. If someone asked you to create a one-year timeline / calendar, would you simply leave each day blank or would you begin assigning milestones, events and important meetings to the appointed days? I’m sure we’d all agree to the latter. If we who are made in God’s image know the importance of planning appointed times how much more our heavenly Father? Using the t imeline on page three of th is study guide Discuss with your group the insights you receive regard ing God’s precision and purpose for His appointed times!

Growing Deeper in God’s Word…Life Lessons: So what do we do in the meantime?

4. READ Proverbs 21:30: Throughout history we see the effort put forth by Satan as a result of his selfishness and deceit to derail God’s plan. In view of the over 350 prophecies fulfilled by Jesus, and the fulfillment of the first four feasts as articulated by Pastor Ray we clearly see Satan is unable to impede, detour or destroy God’s plan. Discuss with your group the assurance, confidence and joy you receive knowing all of God ’s appointed times wil l be fulf i l led . How does this impact your walk as a be liever?

5. Discuss with your group the importance of the following teachings revealed by Pastor Ray regarding the Feast celebrations: a. The Feasts are a Rehearsal. As the bride of Christ what change does this bring about in

your heart?

b. Feast of Trumpets (“the feast you do not know the day or hour”) (ref: Matthew 25:13): What is the prophetic significance of the Feast of Trumpets?

c. READ 2 Peter 3:9-11 – Pastor Ray mentioned the “The Days of Awe”, ten days of

reflection and repentance prior to the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur). Should the Feast of Trumpets be a shadow of the Lord’s coming for His church (rapture), what do the words from Peter and the “days of awe” teach you about our Lord’s grace and patience?
