There is Urgency to Preach

about the Kingdom

Jesus was sent to preach about the Kingdom

Act 1:3 NKJV to whom He also presented Himself

alive after His suffering by many infallible proofs,

being seen by them during forty days and speaking of

the things pertaining to the kingdom of God.

There is Urgency to Preach

about the Kingdom

Jesus was sent to preach about the Kingdom

Luk 4:43 NKJV but He said to them, "I must preach the

kingdom of God to the other cities also, because for this

purpose I have been sent."

Mat 4:23 NKJV And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching

in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom,

and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease

among the people.

Jesus was sent to preach about the Kingdom

Mat 24:14 NKJV And this gospel of the kingdom will be

preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and

then the end will come.

Mar 1:14 NKJV Now after John was put in prison, Jesus

came to Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of

God,

Luk 19:10 NKJV for the Son of Man has come to seek and

to save that which was lost."

Disciples Sent to Preach

about the Kingdom

Luk 9:1-2 NKJV Then He called His twelve disciples

together and gave them power and authority over all demons,

and to cure diseases. (2) He sent them to preach the

kingdom of God and to heal the sick.

Mar 16:15-16 NKJV And He said to them, "Go into all the

world and preach the gospel to every creature. (16) He

who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who

does not believe will be condemned.

Disciples Sent to Preach

about the Kingdom

Mat 28:18-20 NKJV And Jesus came and spoke to them,

saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on

earth. (19) Go therefore and make disciples of all the

nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the

Son and of the Holy Spirit, (20) teaching them to observe

all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you

always, even to the end of the age." Amen.

Act 8:5 NKJV Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria

and preached Christ to them.

Act 8:12 NKJV But when they believed Philip as he

preached the things concerning the kingdom of God and the

name of Jesus Christ, both men and women were baptized.

Act 8:35-38 NKJV Then Philip opened his mouth, and

beginning at this Scripture, preached Jesus to him. (36)

Now as they went down the road, they came to some water.

And the eunuch said, "See, here is water. What hinders me

from being baptized?" (37) Then Philip said, "If you believe

with all your heart, you may." And he answered and said, "I

believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God." (38) So he

commanded the chariot to stand still. And both Philip and the

eunuch went down into the water, and he baptized him.

There is Urgency to Preach

about the Kingdom

We Must continue to preach about the Kingdom

Act 28:30-31 NKJV Then Paul dwelt two whole years

in his own rented house, and received all who came to

him, (31) preaching the kingdom of God and teaching

the things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ with

all confidence, no one forbidding him.

Nature of the Kingdom

Act 1:6-8 NKJV Therefore, when they had come

together, they asked Him, saying, "Lord, will You at this

time restore the kingdom to Israel?" (7) And He said to

them, "It is not for you to know times or seasons which

the Father has put in His own authority. (8) But you shall

receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you;

and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all

Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."

Nature of the Kingdom

Joh 18:36 NKJV Jesus answered, "My kingdom is not of this

world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would

fight, so that I should not be delivered to the Jews; but now

My kingdom is not from here."

It is An ETERNAL KINGDOM

Dan 2:44 NKJV And in the days of these kings the God of

heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed;

and the kingdom shall not be left to other people; it shall

break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall

stand forever.

Nature of the Kingdom

Mar 9:1 NKJV And He said to them, "Assuredly, I say to

you that there are some standing here who will not taste

death till they see the kingdom of God present with power."

The KINGDOM would come with

POWER!

Act 1:8 NKJV But you shall receive power when the Holy

Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me

in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of

the earth."

The Kingdom came in Acts 2:1-4

The Kingdom Exists!

Col 1:13 NKJV He has delivered us from

the power of darkness and conveyed us into

the kingdom of the Son of His love.

How Do We Enter the

Kingdom?

Joh 3:5 NKJV Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to

you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot

enter the kingdom of God.

Act 2:37-38 NKJV Now when they heard this, they were cut

to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles,

"Men and brethren, what shall we do?" (38) Then Peter said

to them, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the

name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall

receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

How Do We Enter the

Kingdom?

Act 2:41 NKJV Then those who gladly received his word

were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were

added to them.

Act 2:47 NKJV praising God and having favor with all the

people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who

were being saved.

Salvation = Church = Kingdom;All follows a believers water Baptism
