The three essential principles of New Tech are supported by the 21st century skills. Work ethic, collaboration, technical skills, and personal capacity are four of those skills. Work ethic is your willingness and effort put to a job or duty. Collaboration is the ability to work with others. Personal capacity is your own ability.
