• People talk or people speak in a way they want to and in a way they feel to.

• People talk / speak not only for just having a “conversation”.

• “ It takes hard work and proven results to be able to influence others to follow you to believe in you or even to listen to you…”

• Internet worked markets Vs. Internet worked employee’s

In both internet worked markets and among internet worked employees, people are speaking

to each other in a powerful new way.

Page 3: Theses 8-14

These networked conversations are enabling powerful new forms of social organization and knowledge exchange to emerge .

• Conversation and Communication are connected to each other.

• Networked Conversation is powerful.• Networked conversation reminds us and thought

us again that in communication accuracy, simplicity and clarity is the key.

• Network conversation enables us to communicate effectively.

Page 4: Theses 8-14

As a result, markets are getting smarter, more informed, more organized. Participation in a networked market changes people fundamentally.

• Companies today are getting bigger, getting advance, and more competitive in markets.

• "Today people can and want to be independent (...) We should consider ourselves as brands (...) People want to be employable, they update their knowledge to result appealing to their bosses“

• A lot are getting smarter getting informed and a lot are organized specially markets. And so why also a lot of people are participating?

Page 5: Theses 8-14

People in networked markets have figured out that they get far better

information and support from one another than from vendors. So much for corporate rhetoric about adding value to commoditized products.

• Conversation from other people from networked market can be reliable enough.

• People’s conversation from networked market serves as a basis or support by decision makings.

• Corporation’s voice doesn’t speak as what the voice of people from networked market does.

Page 6: Theses 8-14

There are no secrets. The networked market knows more than companies do about their own products. And whether the news is good or bad, they tell everyone.

• Networked market are open and free for all conversations and communication that people ha.

• Networked markets do have lot of information compared to the information that a company have.

• Conversation in the networked marked was consider powerful and genuine

Page 7: Theses 8-14

What's happening to markets is also happening among employees. A metaphysical construct called “The Company" is the only thing standing between the two.

• Metaphysical – Example “ your there but your not really there “

• “Cost of living is a matter of issue.” • Most market has progressive and

declining stages. • Company’s action depends on market

fluctuation.

Page 8: Theses 8-14

Corporations do not speak in the same voice as these new networked conversations. To their intended online audiences, companies sound hollow, flat, literally inhuman.

• Corporation and net workers are different.

• Corporation’s voice/ Companies voice Vs. Voice of those who are in or belong to Networked Conversation.
