Our new telemetry system keeps you up to date about the performance of your Thermo-plan coffee machine any time. With Thermo-planConnect your machine communicates with you – and the other way around. With just one click, current analysis of your coffee business can be recalled from your respective location. It has never been easier to transfer detailed analysis, new beverage recipes, advertisements or software updates directly to the Black&White4 – all via cloud.

For each user the correct information The modular set-up offers the user to create a customized dashboard that meet his individual requirements. An overview at a glance with the most important data is guaranteed.

ThermoplanConnect is available for the product lines Black&White4, Black&White4 compact and selected versions of the Black&White3 line – one-way communication for the Black&White4 compact and Black&White3 and two-way communication for the Black&White4. So at the Black&White4 product line, modifications of beverage recipes or adjust-ments at the grinder can be done via a cloud soluti-on anywhere and remotely to individual machines or for a whole fleet.
