The solar panel acts as evaporator within the thermodynamic cycle of vapor-compression heat pump.
Inside the panel, there is an environmentally friendly refrigerant at low temperature (even below 0ºC). The panel absorbs the heat from the environment and raises the temperature of the refrigerant which is pressurized and circulated through the system by a compressor.
Next words, the refrigerant is circulated through a condenser which transfers the heat to the water in the tank.

Bioenergy’s innovative heater is based on a heat pump system that takes advantage of the solar and the environmental energy for an efficient water heating.
This way, consumption is much lower than conventional systems’ one, even reaching an annual average performance 20% higher than other thermal systems in the market.
Description
It is a heat pump-based system that uses a panel as evaporator and/or an indoor heat exchanger for absorbing the solar and the environmental energy achieving a global performance increase.
A heat exchanger, called a condenser, transmits the absorbed energy to the water by means of an environmentally friendly refrigerant (R134a). Moreover there is no direct contact between the refrigerant cycle and the water thus avoiding contamination in case of leakage.
Bioenergy thermodynamic system’s COP goes from 2.5 to 5.5.
Available in 200, 300 and 500l.

It is composed of a high efficiency compressor, a thermostatic expansion valve, a heat exchanger, high-performance and environmentally friendly refrigerant R407C and an electronic controller.
Reversible equipment for heating and cooling installations.
Automatic defrost function.
Protection systems against high/low pressure operation and against freezing, overheating and discharge high temperatures.
Flow switch to protect against variations or stopping the flow of water.
Including forced draft unit for increased performance against low temperatures.
With direct or indirect evaporation!
Direct evaporation characteristics:
The evaporation is performed in thermodynamic panels, made of aluminum with lining absorber.
Indirect evaporative characteristics:
The evaporation is done indirectly through a heat exchanger with the solar circuit.
In this way a stable evaporation temperature is achieved increasing system performance.
Collectors can be flat or evacuated tube ones, both types accomplish with all market standards.
